VSE: Clear Strip Keyframes from Preview

This PR makes it easier to clear keyframes from strips in preview.
It is the similar to the feature in 3D viewport. Just navigate to
"Strip" -> "Animation" -> "Clear Keyframes...". This then deletes
all keyframes form the selected strips.
