Check was misc-const-correctness, combined with readability-isolate-declaration
as suggested by the docs.
Temporarily clang-format "QualifierAlignment: Left" was used to get consistency
with the prevailing order of keywords.

Saves quite some vertical space, which is especially handy for
constructors.

For file formats like PNG, JPEG and TIFF. Eventually this should use
the OpenColorIO view transform, but this at least makes the image
closer to what it should be in most cases.
