Operators like smooth weights, or transfer weights are exposed in
weight mode. Their definition has `OBJECT_OT_*` prefix, this appends
shortcuts key on those operators to "object mode" keymap. Use
`WM_keymap_guess_from_context` instead. This will allow new shortcut
keys to relevant keymap when object operator is exposed in 3d view.
Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/137519
Shortcut is actually assigned to the operator but inside wrong keymap
("Animation"). When "add shortcut" is invoked for a property within
side panel or properties tab, add the new keyitem to "User Interface"
keymap.

Add support for a 5th modifier key called "hyper",
this is a modifier supported on Wayland & X11 although
other platforms could support an additional modifier too.
Both GNOME and KDE can map CapsLock to Hyper.
Other compositors can use the XKB_DEFAULT_OPTIONS environment variable.
This allows users to have an additional modifier for their own use
that doesn't conflict with other keys.

Rename to be more consistent with other Blender keymaps, as well as the
naming convention used in "View Type."
- "SequencerCommon" -> "Video Sequence Editor"
- "SequencerPreview" -> "Preview"
- "Sequencer Timeline Tool" -> "Sequencer Tool"
- "Sequencer Preview Tool" -> "Preview Tool"
There is versioning in place to make sure custom keyconfigs keep working.
Once #131102 goes through, if we would like to rename the "Sequencer"
view type to "Timeline" or "Sequencer Timeline," then we can make the
necessary changes here too.

Though "Point Cloud" written as two words is technically correct and should be used in the UI, as one word it's typically easier to write and parse when reading. We had a mix of both before this patch, so better to unify this as well.
This commit also renames the editor/intern/ files to remove pointcloud_ prefix.
point_cloud was only preserved on the user facing strings:
* is_type_point_cloud
* use_new_point_cloud_type
Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/134803
`WM_keymap_guess_from_context` did not handle properties space. This
simple fix made it respond the same way as if the current space is 3D
viewport, this enables brush asset sortcut assigning from tool
properties tab.
Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/129717
New shortcut assigned to operator goes inside "object mode" keymap
intead of `non-modal`. Now fixed with extra condition, since this
operator works in non-object modes. Reason it fails with "object
mode" keymap is the keymap->poll function `object_mode_poll`.

When right clicking on any of the image editor tool buttons,
`WM_keymap_guess_from_context` would be called but lack of `space_type`
will cause `WM_keymap_find_all` to return `nullptr`. Assigning it to
`SPACE_IMAGE` fixes the issue.
When using clangd or running clang-tidy on headers there are
currently many errors. These are noisy in IDEs, make auto fixes
impossible, and break features like code completion, refactoring
and navigation.
This makes source/blender headers work by themselves, which is
generally the goal anyway. But #includes and forward declarations
were often incomplete.
* Add #includes and forward declarations
* Add IWYU pragma: export in a few places
* Remove some unused #includes (but there are many more)
* Tweak ShaderCreateInfo macros to work better with clangd
Some types of headers still have errors, these could be fixed or
worked around with more investigation. Mostly preprocessor
template headers like NOD_static_types.h.
Note that that disabling WITH_UNITY_BUILD is required for clangd to
work properly, otherwise compile_commands.json does not contain
the information for the relevant source files.

Context menu operators to assign/change/remove shortcuts for brush
assets were missing. Reason being that the keymap to add them to and
look them up in was not detected correctly.
Part of #124418.
This is the main merge commit of the brush assets project. The previous
commits did some preparing changes, more tweaks are in the following commits.
Also, a lot of the more general work was already merged into the main branch
over the last two years.
With the new design, quite some things can be removed/replaced:
- There's a unified "Brush" tool now, brush based tools and all special
handling is removed.
- Old tool and brush icons are unsed now, and their initialization code
removed here. That means they draw as blank now, and the icon files can be
removed in a follow up.
- Creation of default brushes is unnecessary since brushes are now bundled in
the Essentials asset library. Icons/previews are handled as standard asset
previews.
- Grease pencil eraser options are replaced by a general default eraser brush
that can be set by the user.
More changes are planned still, see task list issue below.

Reviewed incrementally as part of the brush assets project, see:

Adds an (empty) sculpt mode for Grease Pencil v3 objects.
The object `SCULPT_GPENCIL` mode is re-used for Grease Pencil object
types. A `SCULPT_GREASE_PENCIL` context mode has been added, which is
specific to grease pencil objects. This is necessary for polling tools
and keymaps.

The operator uses the relatively new "GEOMETRY_OT" prefix,
which wasn't handled in the function that finds a keymap for an
operator. To support this, choose the 3D View keymap depending
on the current mode for the geometry object types.
Listing the "Blender Foundation" as copyright holder implied the Blender
Foundation holds copyright to files which may include work from many
developers.
While keeping copyright on headers makes sense for isolated libraries,
Blender's own code may be refactored or moved between files in a way
that makes the per file copyright holders less meaningful.
Copyright references to the "Blender Foundation" have been replaced with
"Blender Authors", with the exception of `./extern/` since these this
contains libraries which are more isolated, any changed to license
headers there can be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Some directories in `./intern/` have also been excluded:
- `./intern/cycles/` it's own `AUTHORS` file is planned.
- `./intern/opensubdiv/`.
An "AUTHORS" file has been added, using the chromium projects authors
file as a template.
