494ffd2f95 UI: Fix capitalization in various places
Follow the MLA style, agreed upon in T79589. This means "from" within UI
labels should be lowercase.

ab0d02b704 UI: use term 'Current Frame' instead of 'Playhead'
Keep terminology consistent, 'Current Frame' is used nearly everywhere.

646ef49e19 Cleanup: use percentage formatting
`str.format` and `f-string` use was minimal.
Prefer using a single style of string formatting
unless an alternative is more widely adopted.

67a822e086 Fix T73056: Cache not invalidated in fade operator
This operator is written in python it is inserting keyframes to create fade
effects.

Add Sequence.invalidate() python function to invalidate strip if it is
changed in python.

Perhaps I could implement cache invalidation to actual curve manipulation.
I guess it wouldn't be very hard to do but having means to invalidate form
python is useful as well.

946ae26349 UI: use term current frame instead of playhead
Avoid mixing different terminologies up,
current frame is used in a majority of Blender.

819af2094b Rename Sequencer 'Cut' to 'Split'
This avoids the ambiguity with the Cut operator in the Sequencer, which could be confused with Cut/Copy/Paste.

Use 'Split' for the operator and 'Blade' for the active tool.

e9c18ea982 Cleanup: redundant code from recent sequence fade operator
No need to define class variables which are all overwritten,
also use __slots__ to avoid mistakes.

Remove redundant length check too.

2ec025d7be VSE: Add operators to add and remove fades
Fades add:
Adds or updates a fade animation for either visual or audio strips.
    Fade options:
    - In, Out, In and Out create a fade animation of the given duration from
    the start of the sequence, to the end of the sequence, or on boths sides
    - From playhead: the fade animation goes from the start of sequences under the playhead to the playhead
    - To playhead: the fade animation goes from the playhead to the end of sequences under the playhead
    By default, the duration of the fade is 1 second.

Fades clear:
Removes fade animation from selected sequences.
Removes opacity or volume animation on selected sequences and resets the
property to a value of 1.0. Works on all types of sequences.

09aa799e53 PyAPI: Use annotations for RNA definitions
- Logical use of fields since they define type information.
- Avoids using ordered-dict metaclass.

Properties using regular assignments will print a warning and load,
however the order is undefined.

44d3d88f9a code cleanup: minor improvements to scripts.
- make wm-property operators use INTERNAL option.
- make console use str.expandtabs() rather then replacing tab->spaces.

f1a227cf43 check that descriptions dont end with a '.', for non release builds.
this is annoying for translators so rather then correct along the way which gives merge conflicts for branches - print a complaint message.

2e6a02438e move script directories for internal blender scripts.
ui/ --> startup/bl_ui
op/ --> startup/bl_operators

scripts/startup/ is now the only auto-loading script dir which gives some speedup for blender loading too.

~/.blender/2.56/scripts/startup works for auto-loading scripts too.
