- rename define DISABLE_SDL --> WITH_SDL (which was already used in some places)
- blenders interation preset was using orbit rather then turntable 3d view preference (different from factory defaults).
- tagged some unused rna args.
===========================
Changes into sensor size use case.
There was problem with vertical sensor size which can't actually
affect on things due to we've got fixed image resolution. So
as soon horizontal size gets defined, both of sensor height
and vertical FOV is known and exposing it into UI makes things
difficult to understand.
That's why vertical sensor size was dropped.
Also added pixel aspect to camera settings fo clip editor.
Solver will sue this value rather than value from display
aspect ratio.
This pixel aspect would be copied to render settings after solving
so things should match now between footage, solving anf footage.
===========================
- Request from Sebastian/Francois: default lens
for clip set to 24.0
- Added some additional camera presets from Francois request.
Not sure all things from GENERIC section of that request
would be actually useful.
Probably the whole sensor size workflow would be changed...
===========================
Test feature: configurable marker colors in Clip Editor.
Use presets, so plenty of different color could be defined and
easily re-used.
===========================
- Fixed compilation error with OpenCOLLADA
- Added sample preset for tracking camera.
- Fixed bug with wrong order of preset properties loading/saving.

Commiting patch #24427: Editable camera sensor size (meaningful focal length units)
Thanks to:
Matt Ebb (author of original patch)
Ejner Fergo (porting patch through versions)
Brecht Van Lommel, Dalai Felinto, Campbell Barton (patch review)
Cant't commit changes to addons (they aren't branched, so some of them
could be broken now)
- Sequencer dynamics: Now it's possible to change the output channels and the resampling quality also increased (previously maximum quality was 44,1 kHz)
- Changed two buffers to use ffmpeg allocation, not sure if that helps somehow.
[#25045] User Preferences Input, not enough menu choices
[#26525] Saving the Maya preset and another key configs
Untangle keyconfig presets and interaction presets (maya keyconfig would set interaction setting, blender interaction would set keyconfig).
Preset menu on slash screen now displays a list of available keyconfigs (as before) but will also set the correspondant interaction presets, if it exists)
- SSS Presets were not working on pinned materials.
- added ability for save-presets to define variables to stop them becoming too verbose.
- remove object.active_node_material
- function renames, move WM functions into collections wm.add_keymap() --> wm.keymaps.new()
note: new is used for named items in a collection, which return the result.
- Action.get_frame_range() is now a readonly property 'frame_range', floats rather then ints.
scene.active_keying_set --> scene.keying_sets.active
...same for active_uv_texture. active_vertex_color, active_keyconfig,
- move mesh.add_uv_layer() and mesh.add_vertex_color() into their collections
also have them return the newly created layer and dont set the layer active.
uvtex = mesh.uv_layers.new(name)
vcol = mesh.vertex_colors.new(name)
These are not animated and are best not change names like this too late in the release.

note: rebaned uv_select to select_uv
that going for the full hotkey translation is actually counter
productive. Now using a more conservative keymap by Michael W that
focuses on general navigation, selection and other details
encoding format
Bypassed existing hardcoded ffmpeg presets that executed when changing
format, replaced with bpy presets.
Leaving old code there for now, haven't got python/rna access to the ffmpeg
id properties.. Anyone know how to do this?

Patch by Daniel Salazar - ZanQdo
- Do not change save the distance factor since this is not relevant as a preset, it should stay at what ever the user
set it to work with that particular scene
- fixed a tooltip
