also added a safety check for the crash, even though reverting fixes.
bmesh_to_mesh_exec() could set me->mface array to NULL but leave me->totface when notellelation=1, which is likely to give trouble elsewhere.
- avoid needless context switching quad/tri, flat/smooth.
- dont call glNormal3vf() lighting is disabled.
gives ~2x speedup with a subdivided cube, but thats probably the best case, quad/tri smooth/flat mix will slow down a bit.
- use 'const float *' and array size in some function declarations.
- replace macros for BLI_math functions INPF, VECCOPY, VECADD etc.
- remove unused VertRen.clip struct member.
- remove static squared_dist() from 2 files, replace with BLI_math function len_squared_v3v3().
- use vertex arrays for drawing clipping background in the 3D viewport.
Problem was caused by unneeded call of CDDM_calc_normals when
creating derived mesh for object which duplicated mvert array.
It shouldn't happen unless object has got shapekeys or deformation
modifiers on the top of stack.
Previous fix wasn't correct. It made things working, but it removed
advantage of using PBVH for speed because derivedMesh used to be
recreated on each stroke step.
This commit fixes non-multires sculpting for Solid shading,
wireframe and render wouldn't work correct -- it'll require
a bit more tricky things because DM created for base mesh
doesn't points to mesh->mverts anymore, so sculpting and
drawing modules are using different verts arrays.
This would previously break because begin/end functions for each tree type still have some checks of the ntree->execdata pointer in them, despite the intended use of execdata instances instead of trees themselves for execution data storage. This is an artifact of the old execution system that required these checks to be made in the functions to avoid multiple execution of top-level trees. Now these functions take an additional argument, so group nodes can prevent them from setting and checking the nodetree->execdata pointers.
- Implement own undo stack for grease pencil, so now there'll be no keymaps conflicts.
- Supported redo's during sketch session.
- Get rid of flag stored in Globals -- use undo stack to check if grease pencil session is active.
This branch adds mostly organizational improvements to the node system by renaming the node folders and files. A couple of internal features have been added too.

Now all sounds that are not mono but have 3D checked automatically get reduced to mono during BGE conversion time.
Also removed the now unneeded function sound_get_channels and added a missing header file to audaspace's CMakeLists.txt.
* replace by BLI_snprintf in various places, note _snprintf on windows
does not properly null terminate the string.
* fix overflow in sequencer proxy code due to buffer being smaller than
specified size.
* fix some usage of snprintf as strcpy, this is will go wrong if the
string contains % characters.
* remove BLI_dynstr_printf function in gpu module, use BLI_dynstr_appendf
