Ton Roosendaal cbf1dc9e21 Bugfix #4299
The Scene audio.mixrate variable was zero on creating new scenes, causing
synced playback to fail.
Added initialize in kernel, and patch in buttons drawing to set the value
for wrongly saved files.

(Pixelshading: small correction for more optimal code)
