Currently for ColorBands, when pressing the Add button, new elements are
set with a medium gray in a medium position which often is not desired
behaviour.
 
This patch when possible sets new elements as averaged values between
the current element and its preceding neighbour

this restores building on mingw with Collada support, also it restores cross compiling, thanks to Sergey Sharybin for the patch. Note that the icons for linux cross might not be committed here, if not i'll add them in another commit
