Christoph Lendenfeld 10682abc56 Fix: Proportional editing indicator in the Dope Sheet not respecting NLA offsets ...

The issue was that the center of the transformation wasn't
mapped to the NLA offset.
Fix it by calling the function `BKE_nla_tweakedit_remap`.
