Christoph Lendenfeld bc93123461 Refactor: Use function overload for bone_is_visible 
No functional changes intended.

This brings `bone_is_visible` in line with `bone_is_selected`,
by using function overloading instead of suffixing with either
`pchan` or `editbone`.
