- they now share the same code so it wont happen again.
- added id_data to properties so we can do...
  matrix = C.object.matrix_world
  obj = matrix.owner.id_data # get the original object back.

BGE bug #23213: VBO preference make object with modifiers crash the BGE. Fix by disabling VBO inside the BGE, it brings no advantage anyway.

this restores building on mingw with Collada support, also it restores cross compiling, thanks to Sergey Sharybin for the patch. Note that the icons for linux cross might not be committed here, if not i'll add them in another commit
