Pratik Borhade 3bfd4c83f6 Core: Rename ID name and plural_name for annotations 
This resolves a bug #143101 caused by 20383e4d82
`outliner_idcode_to_plural` fails to find correcty idtype with old
plural name. Fix this so it matches with `MainCollectionDef`.
