Dalai Felinto 26d7fb3df3 UI: Extensions: Status bar offline not showing if updates were available ...

How to reproduce it:
* Launch Blender
* Make sure there are updates available
* Disable "Allow Online Access"

The offline icon would not show on the status bar.
