Jeroen Bakker 8759ae1760 GPU: Initialize SRGB In TestCases
Vulkan test cases uses SRGB conversion. These test cases where failing
as the conversion table wasn't initialized.

This PR initializes the conversion table and fix the Vulkan data
conversion tests.
