Clément Foucault 324517fd78 Cleanup: GPU: Fix clang tidy warnings
Removes some other things like:
- `TRUST_NO_ONE` which was the same as `#ifndef NDEBUG`.
- Replace `reinterpret_cast` by `unwrap`
