Pratik Borhade 2ddb53de54 Fix T96228: TypeError on use of Copy from Active Track operation ...

Issue was introduced after the python 3.10 switch
Explicit conversion to int will fix the issue.
Same issue is likely to happen with `MovieTrackingSettings.default_search_size`
So I did the same change over there.
