- Expand on the code-comment regarding tests & WM_capabilities_flag and move it from the caller into the functions body since this is useful for other callers, also mention in the doc-string. - Use a common prefix for `WM_window_decoration_style_*` functions. - Add a doxy-section for decoration style functions.
