Aras Pranckevicius a2ffdb74b4 Fix #136651: H265 output not compatible with Apple (Quicktime/FCP) ...

As per https://trac.ffmpeg.org/wiki/Encode/H.265
the video needs to have a special `hvc1` tag to be set, in order
for it to be understood by Apple products.
