Christoph Lendenfeld 5ba5fc8962 Anim: make Keyframing error messages translateable ...

This fixes an issue with the error messages that keying
can produce where they couldn't be translated.

To make translation possible, two things changed:
* use of `RPT_`
* simplified string formatting
