Harley Acheson 5285d7b859 UI: Blender Logo Fitting in Bounds ...

Resizing of the Blender SVG logo to fit within an 1800 unit horizontal
maximum rather than being oversized.  Makes it slightly smaller overall
but not sure anyone will notice.
