This feature allows the user to use `ctrl + C`, `ctrl + V` and `ctrl + shift + V` directly in the sequencer preview. It adds these operators also to the preview Strip menu. It works the same as in the sequencer timeline. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/143371
