Dalai Felinto eab9e05773 Extensions: Update repository listing after enabling Blender repository ...

Without this the experience was:
* Launch Blender
* Go to Preferences > Extensions
* Click on Enable Repository

Nothing happens...

* Restart Blender
* Go to Preferences > Extensions

You would see an error: Repository ... must sync with the remote
repository.

In theory users had to click on "Check for Updates" for this to go away.
This commit does it automatically for them.
