Philipp Oeser c634e065b1 Fix #143182: Inconsistency in Menu order in Texture Painting Workspace ...

The Image Editor had a different menu order compared to the 3DView (this
came with fb74dcc5d6).
Now made the order in the Image Editor match the one of the 3DView.
Also matches the order in the sidebar now.
