These IDs kept their address, but their content has been replaced (re-read from the memfile undo step). Add an ID tag to identify them. As a further cleanup, systematically tag these IDs for despgraph COW, since their data is effectively modified (though in practice all of these IDs are expected to already have other update tags anyway). No change in behavior is expected from this commit.
