Bastien Montagne a49dd41290 Revert "I18N/UI: Work around #114080: Lack of Khmer script in built-in fonts." 
Only temp solution for 4.0 release, proper fix is to add the Khmer
script to our embedded font.

This reverts commit e070ff45c4.
