We have been chatting in the Animation&Rigging module meeting that the collection hotkeys (1, 2, 3 etc.) in Pose Mode are unwanted and could be replaced with something more useful. This patch only removes the hotkeys, we can later decide what should be in their place. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/105120
