This adds icons for ICON_RGB_RED, ICON_RGB_GREEN, and ICON_RGB_BLUE that display with those colors. This does not remove the existing monochrome ICON_COLOR_* icons. This also allows the translation of the "R", "G", "B" characters shown, for languages that prefer color words that do not start with these.
