Michael Jones b0e2e45496 Cycles: Enable MetalRT pointclouds & other fixes ...

This fixes pointcloud rendering on MetalRT and some other subtle MetalRT bugs:
- Incorrect kernel hashing
- Missing specialisation constants
- Incorrect visibility filtering
- Missing null pointer check
