Manuel Castilla d481c6651d Compositor: Full frame color nodes
Adds full frame implementation to "Alpha Over",
"Hue Saturation Value", "Invert", "Tonemap" and "ZCombine" nodes.
The other nodes in "Color" submenu are implemented separately.
No functional changes.
