The crash regression comes from 583e2b7240.
Pass the s_sharedHGLRC directly to wglCreateContextAttribsARB instead
of using wglShareLists.

This doesn't only fix the recent regression, but solves all the long
standing issues with Renderdoc on Windows (F12 rendering support,
multiple windows, deferred compilation...).
