`ED_GIZMO_CAGE2D_STYLE_CIRCLE` now draw circles. The previous `ED_GIZMO_CAGE2D_STYLE_CIRCLE`, which drew rectangles, is renamed to `ED_GIZMO_CAGE2D_STYLE_RECTANGLE`.
