Geometry Nodes: add "Mix Rotation" to Add menu

This patch exposes the "Rotation" subtype of the Mix node in the Geometry Node Add Menu.

This is in a similar vein to "Mix Color" & "Mix Vector", as it makes this subtype more easily
accessible and searchable in the menu.
