Refactor: Depsgraph: simplify query API further

* Remove `DEG_get_evaluated_object` in favor of `DEG_get_evaluated`.
* Remove `DEG_is_original_object` in favor of `DEG_is_original`.
* Remove `DEG_is_evaluated_object` in favor of `DEG_is_evaluated`.
