Add a function `bpy.data.file_path_foreach()` with a callback function
`visit_path_fn`:
```py
def visit_path_fn(
owner_id: bpy.types.ID,
file_path: str,
_meta: typing.Any,
) -> str | None:
return file_path.replace('xxx', 'yyy') or None
bpy.data.file_path_foreach(
visit_path_fn,
*,
subset=None,
visit_types=None,
flags={},
)
```
When the function returns `None`, nothing happens. When it returns a
string, the reported file path is replaced with the returned string.
`subset` and `visit_types` have the same meaning as `subset` resp.
`key_types` in `bpy.data.file_path_map()`. Since the latter parameter
doesn't affect keys in a map, but rather the visited ID types, I named
it `visit_types` instead.
`flags` wraps most of `eBPathForeachFlag` as `set[str]`, with their
prefixes removed. `BKE_BPATH_FOREACH_PATH_RESOLVE_TOKEN` becomes
`RESOLVE_TOKEN`, etc. `BKE_BPATH_FOREACH_PATH_ABSOLUTE` is excluded,
as it only affects a field in the C++ callback structure that is not
passed to Python at all. If it turns out to be useful at some point,
we can always add it.
`_meta` is for future use, and is intended to give metadata of the
path (like whether it's an input or an output path, a single file or
the first file in a sequence, supports variables, etc.). By adding
this to the API now, we avoid a breaking change when this feature is
actually implemented.

Update the call signature in the docstring so that it is clear that the
arguments to `bpy.data.user_map()` are all optional:
```
.. method:: user_map(*, subset=None, key_types=None, value_types=None)
```
This is important for Python stubs that are generated from the
docstrings; see https://github.com/michaelgold/buildbpy/issues/3.
This change feels a bit weird, as the function behaves differently
depending on whether the arguments are there or not. For example,
`subset=None` is not actually valid, as it should be a dictionary and
the function will raise a `TypeError`. But documenting `subset=dict()`
is also incorrect, because explicitly passing that will make the
function behave differently: it reports an empty dictionary, instead of
reporting everything. The same goes for the other parameters.
A better approach (IMO) would be to either add "empty dict/set means
'everything'" logic, or to allow `None` values for these parameters so
that the documented call can actually be made.
Note that this is the case for other calls as well, such as
`bpy.data.file_path_map()`. As such, I don't want to address this in
this commit; this is just for making the docstring reflect the optional
nature of the parameters.
No functional changes.

Python 3.14 has moved some functionality into the public API,
use the updated names even with older Python versions.
Also resolve an error caused by variable reuse with delayed annotation
evaluation for TextureProperties_MixIn on startup.
Resolve#140695.
Use `self` parameter to retrieve the actual 'owner' Main.
Previous code was using G_MAIN, which _should_ be fine in current usage
context, but would for sure break if these functions were to be used
from e.g. a temp Main.

Cleaner and more future-proof. Also refactored slightly the code to make
it more readable.
And removed the 'experimental' warning in docs, this should have been
removed a long time ago.
Similar to `bpy.data.user_map`, it returns a mapping of IDs to all the
filepaths they use.
Fairly basic still, may need to be refined with more options to
control which filepaths are included etc.
Mainly intended to make handling of a production blendfile dependencies
more easy.
Also adds some basic testing of the new feature.

* In case a subset of IDs is given, it was not checked that all items
are ID data.
* In case of error while processing the subset, there could be some
python data 'leak' (the `user_map` would not be unreferenced).
* Improve performances in case there are many duplicates in given subset
iterable of IDs, by not processing the duplicates.
Discovered in !127252 review.
When using clangd or running clang-tidy on headers there are
currently many errors. These are noisy in IDEs, make auto fixes
impossible, and break features like code completion, refactoring
and navigation.
This makes source/blender headers work by themselves, which is
generally the goal anyway. But #includes and forward declarations
were often incomplete.
* Add #includes and forward declarations
* Add IWYU pragma: export in a few places
* Remove some unused #includes (but there are many more)
* Tweak ShaderCreateInfo macros to work better with clangd
Some types of headers still have errors, these could be fixed or
worked around with more investigation. Mostly preprocessor
template headers like NOD_static_types.h.
Note that that disabling WITH_UNITY_BUILD is required for clangd to
work properly, otherwise compile_commands.json does not contain
the information for the relevant source files.

Give the `IDWALK_CB_…` enum an explicit name:
`LibraryForeachIDCallbackFlag`. This way the flags are type-safe, and
it's known where values come from. This is much preferred (at least by
me) to just having `int flags`.
Uses of `0` have been replaced with `IDWALK_CB_NOP` as that has the same
value and is of the right type.
One invalid use of `IDWALK_NOP` was detected by this change, and is
replaced by `IDWALK_CB_NOP`.
This change might be incomplete; I gave the enum a name, fixed the
compiler errors, and then also updated assignments like `int cb_flag =
cb_data->cb_flag`. I might have missed some assignments to `int` though.
No functional changes.

Two commits that basically do the same thing for two `enum`s: give
them a name.
- the `IDWALK_…` enum → `LibraryForeachIDFlag`.
- the `IDWALK_CB_…` enum → `LibraryForeachIDCallbackFlag`.
This way the flags are type-safe, and it's known where values come
from. This is much preferred (at least by me) to just having `int
flags`.

One invalid use of `IDWALK_NOP` was detected by this change, and is

direction.

I intend to land this PR as its two separate commits. I just put them in the same PR so the buildbot can handle them in one go, and we don't have a stack of highly relatled PRs.
In the future this could also apply to the `IDWALK_RET_…` enum. This one I left out, though, because a proper cleanup there would also have to include their ambiguity on whether they are bitflags (like the enums in this PR) or not. Their values and the code in `BKE_lib_query_foreachid_process()` implies they are bitflags, but in practice they are never or'ed together and just used as discrete values.

Replace plain-text type information with the type syntax used
for Python's type annotations as it's more concise, especially for
callbacks which often didn't include useful type information.
Note that this change only applies to inline doc-strings,
generated doc-strings from RNA need to be updated separately.
Details:
- Many minor corrections were made when "list" was incorrectly used
instead of "sequence".
- Some type information wasn't defined in the doc-strings and has been
added.
- Verbose type info would benefit from support for type aliases.
Previously, values for `ID.flag` and `ID.tag` used the prefixes `LIB_` and
`LIB_TAG` respectively. This was somewhat confusing because it's not really
related to libraries in general. This patch changes the prefix to `ID_FLAG_` and
`ID_TAG_`. This makes it more obvious what they correspond to, simplifying code.

Add a new `BKE_lib_query_unused_ids_amounts` to query expected amounts
of deleted IDs. This function does not tag IDs in main anymore.
Factorize most parameters (and output data) into a new struct
`LibQueryUnusedIDsData`.
Part of PR https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/117304.
- Account for new member in _PyArg_Parser.
- Many Python op-codes have been removed.
For the moment these are disabled in is_opcode_secure.
Some should be added back as intrinsics, noted in code-comments.
Listing the "Blender Foundation" as copyright holder implied the Blender
Foundation holds copyright to files which may include work from many
developers.
While keeping copyright on headers makes sense for isolated libraries,
Blender's own code may be refactored or moved between files in a way
that makes the per file copyright holders less meaningful.
Copyright references to the "Blender Foundation" have been replaced with
"Blender Authors", with the exception of `./extern/` since these this
contains libraries which are more isolated, any changed to license
headers there can be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Some directories in `./intern/` have also been excluded:
- `./intern/cycles/` it's own `AUTHORS` file is planned.
- `./intern/opensubdiv/`.
An "AUTHORS" file has been added, using the chromium projects authors
file as a template.

While these warnings point to real errors in the code,
PyMethodDef are an exception where functions with different numbers
of arguments are all cast to the same function type.
