Add new ID_IS_EDITABLE macro that checks if the ID can be edited in the
user interface. Replace usage of ID_IS_LINKED where it is used with this
meaning.
Also add a corresponding ID.is_editable property for Python.
This prepares for the ability to edit some linked datablocks for brush
assets.

Move all header file into namespace.
Unnecessary namespaces was removed from implementations file.
Part of forward declarations in header was moved in the top part
of file just to do not have a lot of separate namespaces.

This allows the user to copy the driver(s) of a property to other selected items (e.g. objects, nodes, etc.) via the right-click menu. The implementation is based on the "Copy to Selected" operator, and generally behaves the same except for copying drivers instead of values.
Resolves#120518
Move the public functions from the editors/object (`ED_object.hh`)
header to the `blender::ed::object` namespace, and move all of the
implementation files to the namespace too. This provides better code
completion, makes it easier to use other C++ code, removes unnecessary
redundancy and verbosity from local uses of public functions, and more
cleanly separates different modules.
See the diff in `ED_object.hh` for the main renaming changes.

Previously retrieving a collection from the context like "selected_ids"
would give a linked list of allocated items. Now it returns a vector of
RNA pointers. Though the number of items is typically fairly small,
using contiguous memory and avoiding many small allocations are
typical performance improvements that could still be beneficial
when there are many items. Iteration also becomes much simpler.

The depsgraph CoW mechanism is a bit of a misnomer. It creates an
evaluated copy for data-blocks regardless of whether the copy will
actually be written to. The point is to have physical separation between
original and evaluated data. This is in contrast to the commonly used
performance improvement of keeping a user count and copying data
implicitly when it needs to be changed. In Blender code we call this
"implicit sharing" instead. Importantly, the dependency graph has no
idea about the _actual_ CoW behavior in Blender.
Renaming this functionality in the despgraph removes some of the
confusion that comes up when talking about this, and will hopefully
make the depsgraph less confusing to understand initially too. Wording
like "the evaluated copy" (as opposed to the original data-block) has
also become common anyway.

This significantly simplifies memory management, mostly by avoiding
the need to free the memory manually. It may also improve performance,
since std::string has an inline buffer that can prevent heap
allocations and it stores the size.

For some reason the "get" function actually allocates the button's
operator properties container. This may or may not make sense to
do, but while it happens, the function name might as well make
that clear.
`UUID` generally stands for "universally unique identifier". The session identifier that
we use is neither universally unique, nor does it follow the standard. Therefor, the term
"session uuid" is confusing and should be replaced.
In #116888 we briefly talked about a better name and ended up with "session uid".
The reason for "uid" instead of "id" is that the latter is a very overloaded term in Blender
already.
This patch changes all uses of "uuid" to "uid" where it's used in the context of a
"session uid". It's not always trivial to see whether a specific mention of "uuid" refers
to an actual uuid or something else. Therefore, I might have missed some renames.
I can't think of an automated way to differentiate the case.
BMesh also uses the term "uuid" sometimes in a the wrong context (e.g. `UUIDFaceStepItem`)
but there it also does not mean "session uid", so it's *not* changed by this patch.

Instead of a single function with variadic arguments, a special enum
type containing which string to request, and a special struct to
contain the request and the result, just use separate functions for
each request, and return a std::string by value. Also change the enum
item string access to just give access to the enum item itself and add
const in a few places as necessary.
The callers of the API function get much clearer this way, and it's
much easier to see which information is used to create certain tooltip
strings.
This was added at the start of the project, as a way for the source
library to control what would be overridable by the user of the data
(production files).
The implementation never went beyond the experimental area, and only
exposed in the python API then. The idea has been superseeded by the
'cherry-pick' design, so there is no point in keeping this code any
longer.
Problem is the `UI_context_active_but_get()` lookup doesn't respect menu
regions, unlike the earier call to `UI_context_active_but_prop_get()`
(which is also used to validate the existence of an active button).
Using `UI_context_active_but_get_respect_menu()` instead would work, but
in fact the earlier lookup returns the active button if any, we just
didn't use that.
Since the operator can also act on e.g theme colors [and changes to these shouldnt send undo pushes], dont do a general `OPTYPE_UNDO`, but instead be a bit more specific and only do an undo push for buttons with `UI_BUT_UNDO`.
Probably good for LTS.

Copy to selected & Alt-LMB dragging buttons didn't account for
custom properties, An IDProperty from one item was applies to other
items in the selection.
Now ID property paths are resolved up for every selected item.
Don't pass custom property names to RNA_struct_type_find_property
since this meant custom-property names could intentionally collide with
RNA property names.
This patch adds multi editing support to
FCurve modifiers using the ALT key like in the rest of Blender.
Just like object modifiers they need to be named exactly
the same and be of the same type in order for the multi editing to work.

Remove `es_ES` language.
Rename `uz_UZ` to `uz_UZ@latin`
Rename `zh_CN` to `zh_HANS`
Rename `zh_TW` to `zh_HANT`
Add support for lowercase chars in `country` part of the locale code
(although in the end it is not needed, since `boost::locale` backend
does not supports lowercase 'country' part in locales identifiers
currently) .
