0105b33a5f Refactor: DRW: Move some functions to DRWContext
This reduces the API and make it more clear where there
is the global access.

This also removes some of these global access by merging
the `DRW_context_get()` calls.

894c7fa4e2 EEVEE: Remove EEVEE Next mention inside the code
This only changes file and function names.
The EEVEE identifier is still `BLENDER_EEVEE_NEXT`.

No functional changes.

d0a6189b50 Refactor: DRW: Centralize and clean up packed normals conversion
Move the code dealing with converting float3 to GPU normals
out of the vertex format header into a separate header. Use a
proper C++ namespace and remove duplication by only using
the more recently added C++ templated conversions.

Most of the diff comes from the removal of the indirect includes
from GPU_vertex_format.hh. A lot of files ended up mistakenly
depending on that.

e07cd2b982 Cleanup: Remove unused and transitive includes in draw module
Especially through DRW_render.hh, there were a lot of unnecessary
includes almost everywhere in the module. This typically makes
dependencies less explicit and slows down compile times, so switch
to including what files actual use.

835e626a28 Workbench: Fill unused texture slots
Workbench doesn't fill all texture slots. In OpenGL it should match what
the shader is using, where some texture slots that have been defined can
be optimized away when not used. The Vulkan backend however uses all the
resources that has been defined in the shader create info.

When using a texture shader in workbench the shader would raise a
validation warning as there are slots defined that are never uploaded.
This PR fixes this by always set dummy textures in those slots.

c8efea42e1 Cleanup: Remove unnecessary braces for container default constructors
These containers (Set, Vector, Map, Span), etc. have default constructors,
making the braces unnecessary for default initialization. Better to depend
on that consistently rather than having braces in some places and not others.

e955c94ed3 License Headers: Set copyright to "Blender Authors", add AUTHORS
Listing the "Blender Foundation" as copyright holder implied the Blender
Foundation holds copyright to files which may include work from many
developers.

While keeping copyright on headers makes sense for isolated libraries,
Blender's own code may be refactored or moved between files in a way
that makes the per file copyright holders less meaningful.

Copyright references to the "Blender Foundation" have been replaced with
"Blender Authors", with the exception of `./extern/` since these this
contains libraries which are more isolated, any changed to license
headers there can be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Some directories in `./intern/` have also been excluded:

- `./intern/cycles/` it's own `AUTHORS` file is planned.
- `./intern/opensubdiv/`.

An "AUTHORS" file has been added, using the chromium projects authors
file as a template.

d973355b3a Cleanup: reduce amount of math-related includes
Using ClangBuildAnalyzer on the whole Blender build, it was pointing
out that BLI_math.h is the heaviest "header hub" (i.e. non tiny file
that is included a lot).

However, there's very little (actually zero) source files in Blender
that need "all the math" (base, colors, vectors, matrices,
quaternions, intersection, interpolation, statistics, solvers and
time). A common use case is source files needing just vectors, or
just vectors & matrices, or just colors etc. Actually, 181 files
were including the whole math thing without needing it at all.

This change removes BLI_math.h completely, and instead in all the
places that need it, includes BLI_math_vector.h or BLI_math_color.h
and so on.

Change from that:
- BLI_math_color.h was included 1399 times -> now 408 (took 114.0sec
  to parse -> now 36.3sec)
- BLI_simd.h 1403 -> 418 (109.7sec -> 34.9sec).

Full rebuild of Blender (Apple M1, Xcode, RelWithDebInfo) is not
affected much (342sec -> 334sec). Most of benefit would be when
someone's changing BLI_simd.h or BLI_math_color.h or similar files,
that now there's 3x fewer files result in a recompile.

c1bc70b711 Cleanup: Add a copyright notice to files and use SPDX format
A lot of files were missing copyright field in the header and
the Blender Foundation contributed to them in a sense of bug
fixing and general maintenance.

This change makes it explicit that those files are at least
partially copyrighted by the Blender Foundation.

Note that this does not make it so the Blender Foundation is
the only holder of the copyright in those files, and developers
who do not have a signed contract with the foundation still
hold the copyright as well.

Another aspect of this change is using SPDX format for the
header. We already used it for the license specification,
and now we state it for the copyright as well, following the
FAQ:

406cfd214a Refactor ImBuf buffer access
The goal is to make it more explicit and centralized operation to
assign and steal buffer data, with proper ownership tracking.

The buffers and ownership flags are wrapped into their dedicated
structures now.

There should be no functional changes currently, it is a preparation
for allowing implicit sharing of the ImBuf buffers. Additionally, in
the future it is possible to more buffer-specific information (such
as color space) next to the buffer data itself. It is also possible
to clean up the allocation flags (IB_rect, ...) to give them more
clear naming and not have stored in the ImBuf->flags as they are only
needed for allocation.

The most dangerous part of this change is the change of byte buffer
data from `int*` to `uint8_t*`. In a lot of cases the byte buffer was
cast to `uchar*`, so those casts are now gone. But some code is
operating on `int*` so now there are casts in there. In practice this
should be fine, since we only support 64bit platforms, so allocations
are aligned. The real things to watch out for here is the fact that
allocation and offsetting from the byte buffer now need an explicit 4
channel multiplier.

Once everything is C++ it will be possible to simplify public
functions even further.

b0b9e746fa BLI: Use BLI_math_matrix_type.hh instead of BLI_math_float4x4.hh
Straightforward port. I took the oportunity to remove some C vector
functions (ex: copy_v2_v2).

This makes some changes to DRWView to accomodate the alignement
requirements of the float4x4 type.

ba982119cd Workbench Next
Rewrite of the Workbench engine using C++ and the new Draw Manager API.

The new engine can be enabled in Blender `Preferences > Experimental > Workbench Next`.
After that, the engine can be selected in `Properties > Scene > Render Engine`.
When `Workbench Next` is the active engine, it also handles the `Solid` viewport mode rendering.

The rewrite aims to be functionally equivalent to the current Workbench engine, but it also includes some small fixes/tweaks:
- `In Front` rendered objects now work correctly with DoF and Shadows.
- The `Sampling > Viewport` setting is actually used when the viewport is in `Render Mode`.
- In `Texture` mode, textured materials also use the material properties. (Previously, only non textured materials would)

To do:
- Sculpt PBVH.
- Volume rendering.
- Hair rendering.
- Use the "no_geom" shader versions for shadow rendering.
- Decide the final API for custom visibility culling (Needed for shadows).
- Profile/optimize.

Known Issues:
- Matcaps are not loaded until they’re shown elsewhere. (e.g. when opening the `Viewort Shading` UI)
- Outlines are drawn between different materials of the same object. (Each material submesh has its own object handle)
