Runtime UID should be generated after other basic ID info is set, in
this case the `tag` flags were still the one read from file, which could
lead to an assert in `BKE_lib_libblock_session_uid_ensure` in case the
blendfile was generated from a temp main data-base.
To avoid unnecessary looping over listbase items the function
`BLI_listbase_count_at_most` was used however it resulting in an awkward
expression: `BLI_listbase_count_at_most(list, count + 1) == count`
replace this with `BLI_listbase_count_is_equal_to(list, count)`.
Use snake style naming for all the kernel nodes functions.
Omit kernel prefix in the names since of the using namespace.
Use full forms of the terms
('iter' -> 'iterator', 'ntree' -> 'node_tree', 'rem' -> 'remove', ...).

Previously, values for `ID.flag` and `ID.tag` used the prefixes `LIB_` and
`LIB_TAG` respectively. This was somewhat confusing because it's not really
related to libraries in general. This patch changes the prefix to `ID_FLAG_` and
`ID_TAG_`. This makes it more obvious what they correspond to, simplifying code.

Somewhat mirrors similar API in the write code, allows to do properly
typed-read calls on some 'generic' types like constraints, customdata,
etc., which have a 'TypeInfo' system storing their DNA struct names.
Use the new 'Dynamic Alloc String Storage API' for the allocation
strings of the `read-struct` function in the readfile code.
Compared to the previous code, this change:
- Fixes ASAN aborting before readfile-related memleaks prints.
- In addition to the 'main owner' data type, adds the actual read struct
type (and array size if relevant) to the alloc name.
--------------------
Note that this keeps all combinations of owner/types/array_num generated
strings for the whole duration of the program. However, this only
impacts Debug (and Release `WITH_ASSERT_ABORT`) builds.
The 'real' release builds also use a mapping now, but very small (one
entry per ID type), and with a basic `int` key. Further more, it is
optimized to only do one lookup for a whole ID and all of its 'owned'
structs, so there is no measurable impact on performances in blendfile
reading for release builds.

Blendfile format expects all `BLO_CODE_DATA` bheads belonging to a same
ID 'space' to have unique identifiers (their old addresses).
When this is not the case, the blendfile is considered as corrupted.
Consequences can vary, from mere memory leaks, to catastrophic
unrecoverable crashes.
NOTE: This is what happens in file from #125001.
Prevent doing layer collection resync during most of
`blo_read_file_internal` process. This is dangerous (since during
blendfile read there is no way to ensure that Main is in a fully valid
sate), and a useless costly process.
Pass a non-`nullptr` `bmain` to `BKE_library_foreach_ID_link()` wherever
that `bmain` is known at the call site. This will be used in a followup
commit.
This should not introduce any functional changes.

I found that `packedmap` is effectively unused when I worked on #123243.
The only function that wrote to it was `blo_make_packed_pointer_map`
and that is never called. Packed data already used the normal `datamap` as fallback.

This fixes#121695. `float4x4` matrices are generally expected to be 16 byte aligned.
Currently, there is no mechanism (afaik) that allows allocating these overaligned types
when loading files from disk. This patch adds an array with alignment information for
each type in `SDNA`. Currently, the alignment is just `__STDCPP_DEFAULT_NEW_ALIGNMENT__`
for all types and is manually set for the `mat4x4f` DNA type. The .blend file format is
not changed at all. The alignment information is purely runtime data.
In the future it would probably be good to generalize this a bit more instead of
hardcoding the alignment for `mat4x4f`, but would make it unnecessarily complex for
now because this is intended for the release branch.

This fixes a bug that happens when two drawings in the same grease pencil
data-block reference the same array. In this case, the same attribute array
pointer is written to .blend files for both drawings. However, when loading the
.blend file, it was not detected that the data is shared. Instead each drawing
would think that it was the single owner of the array even though it was shared.
The same problem can technically occur for all kinds of shared data, and not
just for grease pencil. However, only grease pencil shows this issue currently,
because it can easily happen that the same attribute is shared between different
`CustomData` within the same data-block. This very rarely happens with meshes or
curves, because different `CustomData` usually have different sizes and don't
share the same arrays.
A previous fix (cc891aa699) solved pretty much the same issues for the case
when two layers in the same `CustomData` share data. This original fix is now
generalized and is integrated with `BLO_read_shared` which makes it less error
prone. For each data-block, the `BlendDataReader` now remembers which shared
data it has loaded before so that it is not loaded again.
In the future this could be extended to support data that is shared between
data-blocks, but that's not as straight forward as one would hope currently. For
various reasons, different data-blocks could store independent data at the same
pointer. I specifically noticed that with a regression test file:
`blender/tests/data/modeling/geometry_nodes/attributes/attribute_statistics.blend`.
To support it, one solution could be to tag `BHead` in .blend files to indicate
that a specific pointer is shared and unique within the entire file. But that's
for another day.

Linking a datablock from a library does not update the namemap, but
there is an assert added in 47672bd06a that checks this at the end
of library linking.
Usually it does not trigger because the namemap does not exist, and it
is cleared at the end of the process. Now clear it earlier, at the
moment the namemap becomes invalid.

This introduce a new "secret" per-repository property of type password
as described by #121856.
A token or secret may be used by some non blender.org repositories.
This only shows for remote repositories and is shown in the
"Add Remote Repository" popup.
This commit doesn't implement sending to token to the server which will
be implemented separately.

Move all header file into namespace.
Unnecessary namespaces was removed from implementations file.
Part of forward declarations in header was moved in the top part
of file just to do not have a lot of separate namespaces.

Handling of the blendfile handle freeing when linking data from a
blendfile requiring endianness conversion was totally broken, leading
to double-freeing attempts.
Guess that the fact that this was never reported shows how rare
'big-endian' blendfiles are nowadays... But we still have a few in our
test repo.
Adds a new asset shelf option (`STORE_ENABLED_CATALOGS_IN_PREFERENCES`
option in RNA) to use the Preferences for storing the enabled catalogs.
This way asset shelf types can decide if for their use-case, they want
to synchronize the enabled catalogs over Blender sessions and files, or
keep the stored locally in the file.
This is important because for example on one hand, it would be annoying
if for brush assets you'd have to enable the visible catalog tabs for
every 3D View and every file, while on the other hand you need that
level of control for the pose library where the catalogs the rigger/
animator cares about varies from project to project, character to
character and shot to shot.
Conceptually this also makes some sense: The new brush assets workflow
synchronizes brush assets and their catalogs across Blender sessions
and files, basically making them globally accessible independent of
the current file/project, so treating the enabled catalogs the same
is consistent.

Remapping of internal ID pointers in 'undo swap' case (i.e. when new ID
data had to be read from undo buffer, but current ID address is kept)
needs to also ignore 'fake user' handling, otherwise it would reverse
the undoing effect.
All callers except for one were already checking, add ATTR_NONNULL
attribute to functions that take a FileData to make it clear that
it's not expected to be null.
This makes the read and write API functions match more closely, and adds
asserts to check that the data size is as expected.
There are still a few places remaining that use BLO_read_data_address
and similar generic functions, these should eventually be replaced as well.
