Instead of `Geometry`, the fallback name is now `(Geometry)`. The goal is to
make it more obvious that this is not the actual name, but just a fallback. With
some luck it also motivates people to use better custom names.
The same thing is done for grease pencil layer names.

This patch improves working with grease pencil layers in geometry nodes.
* Allow layers to have duplicate names in geometry nodes. In original data, unique names are enforced.
* This allows e.g. duplicating layers and then merging them by name in the end.
* It also resolves a big serial bottleneck when working with many grease pencil layers in geometry nodes. Enforcing unique names is inefficient.
* New `Merge Layers` node that can merge multiple layers by name or by a custom group id.
* Applying a grease pencil modifier now first merges all layers with the same name to ensure all names are unique.

This improve the API in multiple aspects:
* No need for an additional `lookup` call to get the current attribute. This
would internally iterate over all attributes again. This leads to O(n^2)
behavior. Note that there are still other reasons for O(n^2) behavior when
processing attributes (where n is the number of attributes).
* Remove the need to return a value from the iteration code to indicate that the
iteration should continue. This is now the default behavior. The iteration can
still be stopped by calling `iter.stop()`.
* Easier access to `is_builtin` property.
* Iterator callback only has a single parameter instead of two (of which one is
sometimes unused).

Sometimes it is inconvenient to see some large numbers in the spreadsheet
because they are cut off.
This commit adds tool tips to the spreadsheet when hovering the mouse
over a normal float or int value.

Previously, the `AttributeIDRef` wrapper was needed because it also had to
contain a pointer to an `AnonymousAttributeID`. However, since
b279a6d703 this is not necessary anymore.
Therefore we can use "raw" `StringRef` now which reduces the mental overhead
when working with attributes and also simplifies code.

Previously, it was not possible to see detailed information about instances in
the spreadsheet. Only the attributes on the top level instances were shown. Now,
all nested instances can be inspected too.
Combined with #114910 this will make inspecting more complex geometry with the
spreadsheet much more feasible. It's also an important part of integrating
grease pencil into geometry nodes because it makes it more obvious how layers
are converted to curve instances.
The data-selection is split into two separate tree views now. One that selects
the geometry from the instance tree, and one that's used to select the geometry
component and domain within that geometry. We found that this works better than
combining both tree views into one (we tried that in #124186).

This separates a single `GeometryDataSetTreeViewItem` into separate tree view
items for the individual parts of the tree view. While requiring a bit more boilerplate
overall, this simplifies the code quite a bit and makes it more extensible.

This commit moves generated `RNA_blender.h`, `RNA_prototype.h` and
`RNA_blender_cpp.h` headers to become C++ header files.
It also removes the now useless `RNA_EXTERN_C` defines, and just
directly use the `extern` keyword. We do not need anymore `extern "C"`
declarations here.

These aren't all cases, but a few that I found by addding a static
assert in `MEM_new` so that it fails for trivially constructible types.

To avoid using drawing indices outside of the internal grease pencil API,
this refactor adds the functions `GreasePencil::get_eval_drawing` to replace
the `get_eval_grease_pencil_layer_drawing*` functions.

This makes the read and write API functions match more closely, and adds
asserts to check that the data size is as expected.
There are still a few places remaining that use BLO_read_data_address
and similar generic functions, these should eventually be replaced as well.

The main motivation for this is that it's part of a fix for #113377,
where I want to propagate the edit mesh pointers through copied
meshes in modifiers and geometry nodes, instead of just setting the
edit mesh pointer at the end of the modifier stack. That would have
two main benefits:
1. We avoid the need to write to the evaluated mesh, after evaluation
which means it can be shared directly among evaluated objects.
2. When an object's mesh is completely replaced by the mesh from another
object during evaluation (with the object info node), the final edit
mesh pointer will not be "wrong", allowing us to skip index-mapped
GPU data extraction.
Beyond that, using a shared pointer just makes things more automatic.
Handling of edit mesh data is already complicated enough, this way some
of the worry and complexity can be handled by RAII.
One thing to keep in mind is that the edit mesh's BMesh is still freed
manually with `EDBM_mesh_free_data` when leaving edit mode. I figured
that was a more conservative approach for now. Maybe eventually that
could be handled automatically with RAII too.

Since 660867fa00, having tree-view items uncollapsed by default using
the `set_collapsed()` functions wouldn't work anymore. An attempt to do
this would assert even, so eb71d9f7bc disabled the assert.
I think a function designed to handle exactly this is the best solution,
it makes the intent & behavior more clear than before, and highlights
that this is a special case.
Mitigates #117957, in that it solves the regression, but tree-views still
don't remember their state on screen-layout changes. This is a known
limitation and not supported.

Over the last couple years (!) UI buttons have moved to derived classes,
meaning we don't need to use the same "a1" and "a2" variables to store
different information. At this point, that information is set specifically
by internal UI code, or functions like `UI_but_*_set`.
These values are only set to their default 0 values now (or -1 in some
non-meaningful cases). This commit removes the values from buttons
and removes the remaining a1 and a2 arguments from the UI API.
Similar to 2e6223d90f, but potentially 16 times more effective.
The new attribute is named "instance_transform". It isn't displayed in the
spreadsheet since that wouldn't really be useful. This simplifies a lot of
code since it doesn't have to handle transforms specially anymore. But
complexity is added in the store named attribute node and attribute input
node to keep the old "position" attribute working for compatibility.

Implements the design from #116067.
The socket type is called "Matrix" but it is often referred to as "Transform"
when that's what it is semantically. The attribute type is "4x4 Matrix" since
that's a lower level choice. Currently matrix sockets are always passed
around internally as `float4x4`, but that can be optimized in the future
when smaller types would give the same behavior.
A new "Matrix" utilities category has the following set of initial nodes"
- **Combine Transform**
- **Separate Transform**
- **Multiply Matrices**
- **Transform Direction**
- **Transform Vector**
- **Invert Matrix**
- **Transpose Matrix**
The nodes and socket type are behind an experimental flag for now,
which will give us time to make sure it's the right set of initial nodes.
The viewer node overlay doesn't support matrices-- they aren't supported
for rendering in general. They also aren't supported in the modifier interface
currently. But they are supported in the spreadsheet, where the value is
displayed in a tooltip.

The ID remapper code was already largely defined in a CPP struct
(IDRemapper). Make this an actual class, and remove the C API wrapper
around.
This makes the code cleaner, easier to follow, and easier to extend or
modify in the future.
