Makes the File Output node panel similar to the Render Output node.
Instead of a dropdown, color management enum property expanded in UI.
Color management settings are now moved inside a panel.
Add/remove file subpapth buttons moved to the side of UIList.

Blend files compatibility:
If a World exists and "Use Nodes" is disabled, we add new nodes to the
existing node tree (or create one if it doesn't) that emulates the
behavior of a world without a node tree. This ensures backward and
forward compatibility.
Python API compatibility:
- `world.use_nodes` was removed from Python API => **Breaking change**
- `world.color` is still being used by Workbench, so it stays there,
although it has no effect anymore when using Cycles or EEVEE.
Python API changes:
Creating a World using `bpy.data.worlds.new()` now creates a World with
an empty (embedded) node tree. This was necessary to enable Python
scripts to add nodes without having to create a node tree (which is
currently not possible, because World node trees are embedded).

Ever since [0], ReportList is not actually used in any DNA structs.
That makes sense, since reports are conceptually only necessary
at runtime. Move the definition of the struct to BKE_report.hh, and
fix a bunch of include errors where types were previously available
transitively. Besides adding some clarity, theoretically this change
could reduce compile times because of less header parsing.

This suppreses -Wnonnull compiler warnings that would previously appear
when trying to pass a nullptr title to this function.
Internally, this function passes its `title` argument to `WM_window_open()`,
which in turn passes it to `WM_window_title()`, which can take a nullptr
as a title, in which case the title is computed dynamically from the
window area name.
Now that multi-select works with shape key, support deleting selected
keyblocks. New function `shape_key_is_selected` being introduced that
returns true for selected/active shape keys

This PR switches out the internal scene context function
used from the sequencer. This is done in preparation for
#140271.
Using a separate context function allows us to keep the
existing `context.scene` to refer to the active scene
and use a separate context member to refer to the
sequencer scene in the workspace (which is added in #140271).
Previous attempts simply overrode the `context.scene`
to refer to a different scene than the active one in the window.
This has two issues:
1) Any operator that wants to use the active scene in the window
can't do it in the context of the sequencer. This is a problem for
example for poll functions of operators that don't have anything to
do with the sequencer.
2) For better or for worse, Blender expects the `context.scene` to
always exist. For the sequencer, we'd like to possibly have no
sequence selected.
Using a different context member for the sequencer has some
advantages:
1) Although we have to change quite a few places, it's limited to the
sequencer. We don't have to change other parts of Blender to make
things work.
2) It allows us to prepare for the future when we might want to
separate the VSE from the scene. This is a step in that direction.
Having a different context function makes it easy to find the places
that would need to be refactored.

This converts `eButType` and `eButPointerType` as typed enums.
This improves a bit `uiDefBut` self-documentation by taking an
struct with `ButType` and `ButPointerType` types, instead of
using a single `int` to write both enum types and bit index.
Almost all other `uiDefBut*` functions take just a `ButType`
parameter now.
`uiDefButI` for example is equivalent to:
`uiDefBut({ButType(type), ButPointerType::Int},...);`

When switching modes, the active object visibility is used to determine
whether or not the mode can be entered. Whether or not this object is
null or not is dependent on the current mode. Object Mode uses the
underlying visibility, whereas other modes do not. When
`mode_compat_set` is used, the active object is switched to object mode,
causing `CTX_data_active_base` to be null.
To fix this immediate issue and prevent further refactors from
potentially reintroducing it, this commit makes a number of changes:
* Clarifies the `object::mode_compat_set` function docstring in
ED_object.hh
* Makes `object::mode_compat_set` the last operator check
* Uses `BKE_view_layer_base_find` instead of `CTX_data_active_base`
since both necessary parameters are already on-hand in the function.

This replaces the `GPENCIL_ANY_VERTEX_MASK` legacy macro
with a function that is used in the Grease Pencil code.
Also removes some includes of legacy headers.
The main goal of the patch is to make the socket tooltips more useful. This is
achieved in two ways:
* Use better text formatting in the tooltip to make it easier to parse and to
better separate the current actual value from more general information about
the socket.
* Add some more information like implicit field inputs when the node is not used
currently or more details about a color.
This patch basically rewrites the entire tooltip generation, because it's quite
different from before (where we just created a single string for the entire
tooltip).
I'm using monospace for the actual current socket value and type, while the
normal font is used for general information about the socket like it's name,
description, allowed geometry types etc.

Mistake in 2658754324.
This was changed from a free standing to a member function during review. But
forgot to update the parameters accordingly. This can be confusing since you
can call the function on one layout, but pass it another one that it will
actually operate on.
For blender/blender!141292, we need a simple icon and text button that
executes a callback on click. The size should be determined based on the
text and icon, as it's typically done with the `UI_interface_layout.hh`
API. Trying to do this with `uiDefIconTextBut()` is annoyingly
complicated, mostly because we'd have to duplicate size calculations.
Instead expand the `UI_interface_layout.hh` API to cover this.
* Allow passing a button type to `uiItemL_()` and rename it to
`uiItem_simple()`. The code in this function is commonly useful, not
just for label buttons. It's a convenient way to add a single button
with normal size calculations. The function stays internal to
`interface_layout.cc`.
* Add `uiItemBut()` as public API function to call this and assign an
on-click callback.
No user visible changes expected.

The goal is to be able to build fully custom tooltips for entire layouts (e.g.
for all `uiBut` for a socket). We already support tooltip callbacks for layouts
and fully custom tooltips for `uiBut`, however not fully custom tooltips for an
entire layout.
This will be used by #140540.
The main noteworthy thing here is that now `uiBut` is passed into the custom
tooltip function. This is necessary when the tooltip still has to be customized
for the exact hovered `uiBut`. For example, we generate a tooltip that applies
to an entire vector socket, but when hovering over e.g. the X input value, the
Python tooltip should show the path for that specific property.
This also fixes a bug in `ui_but_is_interactive_ex` which didn't consider custom
and quick tooltips before.
`uiLayoutSetTooltipCustomFunc` is pretty much the same as its non-custom
counterpart.

Replace a `StringRef` with `std::string`, so that a copy is made of the
grid item identifier.
This identifier is used on redraw, to correlate the newly-drawn items
with items from the previous redraw. Using a `StringRef` here was
problematic when there's local assets, as those can be freed & re-built
(which in the case of the report happens on save/undo). Because of this,
the reference got corrupted, and the map lookup would fail. The "old
items" map now has a copy of the identifier, ensuring it is independent
of the data it represents.

of using return parameters, in fact some places were providing

Noticed that when clicking a tree-view item with multi-select support
(shape keys in this case) twice without ctrl held, and then another one
with ctrl held, the previous one would get deselected.
That's because the second click would first deselect all items and then
call `AbstractViewItem::activate()` on the clicked item. This would fail
to re-select the item, because it skipped touching selection when the
active state didn't change (as was the case here).
Add support to select multiple tree view elements (similar to outliner/anim channels)
`Ctrl + LMB` to select+activate element under the mouse
`Shift + LMB` to select all items between active and clicked item.
As of now, only Shape key has support for multi-select. (straightforward to include
other views). `KEYBLOCK_SEL` flag is used for storing selection state.

You could basically not interact with the animation (except for
keyframes in the main region), channels region was totally empty, NLA
could not be used, ...
It is not something users will animate a lot, but we should still have
animation editors in mind when adding a new object type.

This renames `UI_block_layout` API as `blender::ui::block_layout`,
following uiLayout refactors.
This function now returns a layout reference instead of pointer,
this changes applies this return type where the layout can be used
as such reference.
Changes includes the use of `blender::ui::LayoutDirection` and
`blender::ui::LayoutType` as typed enum parameters.

Currently drag and drop expects to selection to be in the same folder,
but blender internal file browser allows to select files from different
folders when recursion is active.
When writing to operator properties the `directory` is taken now from
the first file provided, and `files` are now relative to this
`directory` instead of just taking the file name.
When reading from operator properties filepaths are normalized.
I notice this issue while reading about #140942, the issue would
require a proper fix too.

Almost all uiLayout methods that creates sub-layouts returns a uiLayout
reference, API users must use the returned sub-layout to add items,
this prevents a accidental copy that could break Blender.

Changing the computation to be split in 2 steps (one for each matrix)
fixes the issue.
However, it seems this function is used in a lot of places which
I am not sure if this has the potential to slow down some other
operations. So I will simply add a precise version of the function
for now.

This is extracted from #140967.
Previously, it was possible to sync a bundle/closure node based on what's linked.
However, it was not possible to detect if the syncing was possible or necessary
in the first place. Knowing this helps building UI features that inform the user
about outdated nodes.
Change `eCustomDataType` to `bke::AttrType` for uses of the attribute

This adds to the fix done with #110059.
With the changes of this patch, the smoothing still happens ONLY on full frames.
Any subframe data is linearly interpolated to reduce the stepping seen before this PR.
As a side effect, the operator now has to store the original y values of the keys in question.
This is needed for correct blending, whereas before it was assumed that the samples
contain the original y values.
No changes to the butterworth filter, because that already has a property to increase the
sample rate for sub-frame data.

These functions were refactored recently, e.g. see e300d44e69. In some cases
it's less clear now which functions are getters and which are setters. Case in
point, I first thought `layout.use_property_split()` would enable property
split (that's what the name suggests). Previous names like
`uiLayoutGetPropDecorate()` and `uiLayoutSetPropDecorate()` were more clear.
By using the `[[nodiscard]]` attribute for getters, the compiler will emit
warnings when using such functions like a setter, without using the returned
value.
