59625019b8 Fix #139530: Modeling: Allow adding snap points in increment/grid modes
Previously if only Increment/Grid Snap Targets are selected, transform
tools will not allow adding snap targets, although if there are extra
snapping target type enabled, you are still able to add grid points as
new snap points anyways, thus remove the restriction.

99f3beb63f Refactor: VSE: Use new scene context function
This PR switches out the internal scene context function
used from the sequencer. This is done in preparation for
#140271.

Using a separate context function allows us to keep the
existing `context.scene` to refer to the active scene
and use a separate context member to refer to the
sequencer scene in the workspace (which is added in #140271).

Previous attempts simply overrode the `context.scene`
to refer to a different scene than the active one in the window.
This has two issues:
1) Any operator that wants to use the active scene in the window
can't do it in the context of the sequencer. This is a problem for
example for poll functions of operators that don't have anything to
  do with the sequencer.
2) For better or for worse, Blender expects the `context.scene` to
always exist. For the sequencer, we'd like to possibly have no
  sequence selected.

Using a different context member for the sequencer has some
advantages:
1) Although we have to change quite a few places, it's limited to the
sequencer. We don't have to change other parts of Blender to make
  things work.
2) It allows us to prepare for the future when we might want to
separate the VSE from the scene. This is a step in that direction.
Having a different context function makes it easy to find the places
that would need to be refactored.

d910fb88b0 VSE: Clamp strip handles to video/audio bounds
This initial commit properly clamps handles for video/audio strips, and
provides functionality to enable/disable the behavior for all strip types
(addresses #90280).

Toggling handle clamping is done with "C",
just like with the redesigned slip operator (#137072).

If a strip is not already clamped when you start moving its handles,
then clamping behavior is disabled starting out. This means no abrupt
clamp until you explicitly ask for it.

Transform logic was altered, fixing a few bugs:
- When initializing a transform, `createTransSeqData` would already
create some clamping data for channels. This patch replaces it with
`offset_clamp` (for unconditional clamping which cannot be disabled)
and `handle_xmin/xmax` (for hold offset clamping, which is optional).
    - Collecting this data ahead of time is necessary for the double
handle tweak case -- `flushTransSeq` only works one strip at a
time, so we can't clamp post-hoc.
- In `applySeqSlideValue`, we apply `transform_convert_sequencer_clamp`
before values are printed to the header, but let the unclamped values
get flushed to the strips themselves. This is so that we can have the
data later at the individual strip level to recalculate clamps.
Otherwise, if transform values are clamped preemptively, then we have
no idea whether strips are clamped vs. merely resting at their
  boundaries.

Note that currently, handle clamping is drawn identically to overlaps.

More information in PR.

d4961dac0b Fix #141341: Assert using proportional editing in object mode
Remove `BLI_assert(tc->sorted_index_map);` calls. Add one special case
in the function that investigates whether there is any selected item in
`tc->data`.

Earlier, I've been quite liberal in spreading these asserts around, to
guard against code paths that should have originally sorted `tc->data`
but by mistake didn't create `tc->sorted_index_map`.

They've been removed now, as they seem to be causing more trouble than
they're worth: the "sorting selected first" behaviour is only explicitly
there for proportional editing. With proportional editing disabled,
`tc->data` **only** contains selected items, and those are trivially
sorted first.

By now `tc->foreach_index_selected` can work without `sorted_index_map`;
if it is `nullptr`, it will assume that we're in the trivial case, and
that the array items can just be visited in index order.

58af30f9b9 Refactor: Transform: Unify logic of "orient_axis" and "constraint_axis"
In rotation-based transform operations, the rotation axis can be
determined in two ways:
1. Through "orient_axis" (X, Y or Z)
2. Through "constraint_axis"

When the axis is obtained through the constraint, "orient_axis" is
ignored, and the angle may be negated depending on the view orientation
to match the mouse movement.

However, "orient_axis" never has its angle negated. Since the default
orientation is "View", the Z axis is inverted by default, aligning with
the mouse movement but not with the constraint axis.

This causes problems in the Redo Panel because the constraint fields
are hidden in the Rotation operation, so they need to be unset for the
Axis field to work. However, if you change the value of the Rotation
field, the object may have its rotation negated unexpectedly.

This issue was partially shown in #93078. Commit c30e6a37b0 attempted
to fix it by unsetting the constraint property when the Axis was
changed. However, this solution is incomplete: if the Axis is changed
and then reverted, the negative rotation issue reappears. In addition,
it has not been implemented in all operations.

This commit resolves the issue by reverting c30e6a37b0, aligning the
behavior of "orient_axis" and "constraint_axis", and unsetting
"constraint_axis" in `saveTranform`.

A downside of this solution is that it may break operators invoked from
Python that rely on "orient_axis" as the rotation axis, as the rotation
value now needs to be negated.

9879132c7c Fix #141017: Rotation snapping increment is wrong after changing mode
After changing the transform mode, `initSnapping` was called, resetting
the increment values.

The solution is to create the `transform_snap_reset_from_mode` function
with only the changes needed when changing modes.

This commit also makes the properties set in the operator take priority
over the scene properties.

df6d345bb4 Fix #139042: use index map instead of sorting transform system data
Avoid modifying the order of transform system data. Instead, create an
index map and use that to traverse the data arrays in sorted order.

The issue observed in #139042 stems from the assumption, in _some_ of
the code, that `tc->data[i]`, `tc->data_ext[i]`, and `tc->data_2d[i]`
all contain information about the same "transformable thing". Since
`tc->data` was sorted (by selection state and, optionally for
proportional editing, by distance) but the other arrays were not, this
caused issues.

The most obvious solution, sorting all arrays the same way, turned out
to be hard to do, as some elements in one array have pointers to
elements in another array. Reordering those arrays would therefore
also make it necessary to find and update those pointers.

Instead, I decided to implement a sorted index map. The arrays can
then be kept in their original order, and the index map can be used to
visit them in sorted order.

1d0c11987f Fix: Scale/Rotate proportional editing for Grease Pencil / Curves
If the `transdata_check_local_islands` check does not succeed, we end up
with `CTX_NO_PET` for scaling/rotation.

For `Grease Pencil`, this was lost in the transition from GPv2 > GPv3
(type was renamed to "legacy", then removed from
`transdata_check_local_islands` in a804320138, but the new type was
never added).

Curves never specified support for this, but both types are (in theory)
taking into account `V3D_AROUND_LOCAL_ORIGINS` in
`curve_populate_trans_data_structs` (logic from 9d86fada03 might be a
bit broken for proportional editing "islands" without anything selected
as reported in #139101, but that will be corrected in another PR).

So to resolve, add `Grease Pencil` and `Curves` as supported object
types in `transdata_check_local_islands`

NOTE: `transdata_check_local_center` already has these two types as
well.

578f935170 Nodes: support changing attached frame while transforming nodes
Currently, removing a node frame a frame is rather annoying. The `alt+P`
shortcut is hard to reach and probably not very intuitive. Furthermore, often
one only notices that one wants to remove a node from a frame after starting to
move the node. So one would have to put the node back down, detach it from the
frame and then start moving again.

This patch simplifies this entire process by adding a new shortcut that can be
used while dragging nodes. When `F` is pressed, the selected nodes are detached
from their parents. Alternatively, if the nodes are detached already, they may
be attached to the frame under the cursor.

10233e95dd Cleanup: use a typed enum for operator & gizmo callbacks

Operator enums have been moved into DNA_windowmanager_enums.h

indirectly.

015b7483e7 Fix #136061: Shear and Edge Slide not displaying custom keys in statusbar
Since 40eadc75be, `ED_workspace_status_text` is now called at the
beginning of the modal function.

This clears any custom keymap and redraws the status bar.

The `Edge Slide` and `Shear` operations only update the status bar if a
modal key is pressed (not on mouse move).

The solution to avoid losing custom modal keys, and not having to
update the status bar more often is: call `ED_workspace_status_text`
only when an operation that requires redraw is performed.
