93deafd4a3 Refactor: Depsgraph: add const variants of a couple depsgraph query functions
This avoids the need for `const_cast` when using the depsgraph query functions
like `DEG_get_original_id` in many cases.

84b6c30317 Fix #136835: Sculpting with certain modifiers uses original positions
Mistake in 4d7274b7f4.
The Previous code:
```
    float(*deformedVerts)[3] = *deformcos;
    float(*origVerts)[3] = static_cast<float(*)[3]>(MEM_dupallocN(deformedVerts));
```
Didn't create a copy of the positions for the `deformedVerts` variable.
It's meant to modify the input position array. It was probably done that way
since dealing with pointers to pointers in C was annoying. With `Array`,
it's not annoying anymore, we can just use that directly.

7aced80eec Cleanup: blenkernel: Replace 'void' MEM_[cm]allocN with templated, type-safe MEM_[cm]allocN<T>.
The main issue of 'type-less' standard C allocations is that there is no check on
allocated type possible.

This is a serious source of annoyance (and crashes) when making some
low-level structs non-trivial, as tracking down all usages of these
structs in higher-level other structs and their allocation is... really
painful.

MEM_[cm]allocN<T> templates on the other hand do check that the
given type is trivial, at build time (static assert), which makes such issue...
trivial to catch.

NOTE: New code should strive to use MEM_new (i.e. allocation and
construction) as much as possible, even for trivial PoD types.

920e709069 Refactor: Make header files more clangd and clang-tidy friendly
When using clangd or running clang-tidy on headers there are
currently many errors. These are noisy in IDEs, make auto fixes
impossible, and break features like code completion, refactoring
and navigation.

This makes source/blender headers work by themselves, which is
generally the goal anyway. But #includes and forward declarations
were often incomplete.

* Add #includes and forward declarations
* Add IWYU pragma: export in a few places
* Remove some unused #includes (but there are many more)
* Tweak ShaderCreateInfo macros to work better with clangd

Some types of headers still have errors, these could be fixed or
worked around with more investigation. Mostly preprocessor
template headers like NOD_static_types.h.

Note that that disabling WITH_UNITY_BUILD is required for clangd to
work properly, otherwise compile_commands.json does not contain
the information for the relevant source files.

For more details see the developer docs:
https://developer.blender.org/docs/handbook/tooling/clangd/

0d8f040c8b Fix #130945: Grease Pencil: Crazyspace support in sculpt mode
Grease Pencil v3 did not have crazyspace support yet. Without this sculpting on
deformed geometry (e.g. on top of an armature modifier) will yield incorrect
offsets because the tool writes to original data based on deformed positions.

This patch adds computation of local deformation matrices which are stored in
the `GeometryComponentEditData`. Those matrices are then used to convert local
deformation of the evaluated geometry back to a deformation of the original
geometry. All the relevant sculpt tools support the crazyspace correction now,
using the `compute_orig_delta` helper function.

Computing the deformation matrices should happen alongside modifier evaluation
for any deforming modifier. This has been implemented for the armature modifier,
others can be added.

A fallback implementation for curves could also be added for modifiers that
don't have an easy way to calculate local transformation. A "natural"
orientation for both the original and deformed positions is calculated, then the
difference yields deform matrices. For meshes the approach is to use the surface
normal and a stable tangent space. For curves the common local coordinate frame
based on parallel transport might be used.

Currently crazyspace correction for the _Clone_ tool does not work because of
#131496.

f4a1095245 Fix: GPv3: Non-edit mode tools unaware of stroke positions changed by modifiers
All tools in Draw Mode, Sculpt Mode and Weight Paint Mode didn't work
correctly when the position of strokes was changed by modifiers.

In technical terms this was caused by
`get_evaluated_grease_pencil_drawing_deformation()`: when not in Edit
Mode, it effectively always returned the original position of stroke points
instead of the modified ones. In this PR there is a little fix for that.

d95b1f120b Mesh: Store BMEditMesh in shared pointer
The main motivation for this is that it's part of a fix for #113377,
where I want to propagate the edit mesh pointers through copied
meshes in modifiers and geometry nodes, instead of just setting the
edit mesh pointer at the end of the modifier stack. That would have
two main benefits:
1. We avoid the need to write to the evaluated mesh, after evaluation
  which means it can be shared directly among evaluated objects.
2. When an object's mesh is completely replaced by the mesh from another
   object during evaluation (with the object info node), the final edit
   mesh pointer will not be "wrong", allowing us to skip index-mapped
   GPU data extraction.

Beyond that, using a shared pointer just makes things more automatic.
Handling of edit mesh data is already complicated enough, this way some
of the worry and complexity can be handled by RAII.

One thing to keep in mind is that the edit mesh's BMesh is still freed
manually with `EDBM_mesh_free_data` when leaving edit mode. I figured
that was a more conservative approach for now. Maybe eventually that
could be handled automatically with RAII too.

e7339bdd5f Geometry: Use implicit sharing for deformed positions
Avoid copying the positions array into the evaluated edit hints array
that's used to support editing with deformed positions when there is
a topology-changing procedural operation. In a simple test in sculpt
mode with 706k curve points, memory usage went from 78 to 70 MB.

This adds more duplication would be ideal, mainly because retrieving
the data with write access and making implicit sharing info for arbitrary
arrays aren't abstracted by implicit sharing utilities. It may be possible
to improve both of those aspects, either now or in the future.

7c69c8827b Mesh: Rename MLoopTri variable names, and functions
Make the naming consistent with the recent change from "loop" to
"corner". Avoid the need for a special type for these triangles by
conveying the semantics in the naming instead.

- `looptris` -> `corner_tris`
- `lt` -> `tri` (or `corner_tri` when there is less context)
- `looptri_index` -> `tri_index` (or `corner_tri_index`)
- `lt->tri[0]` -> `tri[0]`
- `Span<MLoopTri>` -> `Span<int3>`
- `looptri_faces` -> `tri_faces` (or `corner_tri_faces`)

If we followed the naming pattern of "corner_verts" and "edge_verts"
exactly, we'd probably use "tri_corners" instead. But that sounds much
worse and less intuitive to me.

I've found that by using standard vector types for this sort of data,
the commonalities with other areas become much clearer, and code ends
up being naturally more data oriented. Besides that, the consistency
is nice, and we get to mostly remove use of `DNA_meshdata_types.h`.

ab652f7b5f Fix: GPv3: Crash earsing when using modifier
This issue happend when a geometry nodes modifier wouldn't output grease
pencil geometry. In this case, we write an emtpy grease pencil
data-block to the evaluated `geometry_set`. But we don't update the
`eval_frame` that indicates on what frame the grease pencil data-block
was evaluated on.
The fix makes sure we update the `eval_frame` even if the output is
empty.

Additionally, there was a missing return in the
`get_evaluated_grease_pencil_drawing_deformation` function that lead
to an empty `deformation.positions` span.
The fix makes sure we return the correct deformation with the correct
positions.

e955c94ed3 License Headers: Set copyright to "Blender Authors", add AUTHORS
Listing the "Blender Foundation" as copyright holder implied the Blender
Foundation holds copyright to files which may include work from many
developers.

While keeping copyright on headers makes sense for isolated libraries,
Blender's own code may be refactored or moved between files in a way
that makes the per file copyright holders less meaningful.

Copyright references to the "Blender Foundation" have been replaced with
"Blender Authors", with the exception of `./extern/` since these this
contains libraries which are more isolated, any changed to license
headers there can be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Some directories in `./intern/` have also been excluded:

- `./intern/cycles/` it's own `AUTHORS` file is planned.
- `./intern/opensubdiv/`.

An "AUTHORS" file has been added, using the chromium projects authors
file as a template.

d973355b3a Cleanup: reduce amount of math-related includes
Using ClangBuildAnalyzer on the whole Blender build, it was pointing
out that BLI_math.h is the heaviest "header hub" (i.e. non tiny file
that is included a lot).

However, there's very little (actually zero) source files in Blender
that need "all the math" (base, colors, vectors, matrices,
quaternions, intersection, interpolation, statistics, solvers and
time). A common use case is source files needing just vectors, or
just vectors & matrices, or just colors etc. Actually, 181 files
were including the whole math thing without needing it at all.

This change removes BLI_math.h completely, and instead in all the
places that need it, includes BLI_math_vector.h or BLI_math_color.h
and so on.

Change from that:
- BLI_math_color.h was included 1399 times -> now 408 (took 114.0sec
  to parse -> now 36.3sec)
- BLI_simd.h 1403 -> 418 (109.7sec -> 34.9sec).

Full rebuild of Blender (Apple M1, Xcode, RelWithDebInfo) is not
affected much (342sec -> 334sec). Most of benefit would be when
someone's changing BLI_simd.h or BLI_math_color.h or similar files,
that now there's 3x fewer files result in a recompile.
