Since we are removing `scene.use_nodes` in #143578, most developers
will have to update their python script by replacing `scene.node_tree`
by `scene.compositing_node_group` in order to create a new compositing
node tree anyways. So we remove `scene.node_tree`.
Note: `scene->nodetree` in `scene_blend_write()` is still being written
to the blend file, so forward compatibility is not affected by this PR.

This patch adds support for the Factor and Percentage subtypes for
vector sockets. This is needed by the compositor, since it has some node
inputs that specify locations and sizes relative to image size, and
having factor and percentage subtypes for those improves the UX quite a
bit according to user feedback.

Loading pre-4.0.20 node groups with sockets using subtypes causes
broken socket identifiers. This is because the node tree interface now
expects sockets to use the base identifiers ("NodeSocketFloat" instead
of "NodeSocketFloatFactor" etc.).
To correct this the conversion code now replaces socket idnames that
include a subtype suffix with their base names. This fix is also applied
to files between versions 4.0.20 and 4.1.10, where the socket types
may have been converted incorrectly.
