48208ab2d8 Physics: Show texture properties tab when fluid modifier uses texture
Investigation into #126306 showed that the texture tab shown would actually be
for the active image paint brush, but people used it to set up a texture for
the fluid modifier settings anyway. Now properly register the texture user for
the UI, so the texture properties tab will always be displayed when there is a
fluid modifier with a "Flow" fluid type.

Main issue is that fluid modifiers weren't handled by the
`BKE_modifiers_foreach_tex_link()` iterator.

While this could be handled as another special case in
`buttons_texture_modifier_foreach()`, I updated the texture-link iterators to
support texture properties that are not directly stored in the modifier, but in
some nested data. Seems like this should be supported generally. It's enabled
here by passing a pointer-property pair, rather than just a property name.

c607ead4b7 Refactor: Makesrna: move generated code further in C++.
This commit moves generated `RNA_blender.h`, `RNA_prototype.h` and
`RNA_blender_cpp.h` headers to become C++ header files.

It also removes the now useless `RNA_EXTERN_C` defines, and just
directly use the `extern` keyword. We do not need anymore `extern "C"`
declarations here.

b195014e05 Cleanup: Clarify modifier depends_on_normals handling
Because normals are calcualted lazily for all cases "depends_on_normals"
except for BMesh original normals, this is mostly unnecessary. It's actually
probably not necessary at all, because in practice there is always a separate
positions array stored in `EditMeshData` during mesh edit mode modifier
evaluation, bringing us back to the lazy calculation. But anyway, removing
the usage for topology-changing modifiers and modifiers which don't
accept BMesh as input anyway simplifies things.

1c0f374ec3 Object: Move transform matrices to runtime struct
The `object_to_world` and `world_to_object` matrices are set during
depsgraph evaluation, calculated from the object's animated location,
rotation, scale, parenting, and constraints. It's confusing and
unnecessary to store them with the original data in DNA.

This commit moves them to `ObjectRuntime` and moves the matrices to
use the C++ `float4x4` type, giving the potential for simplified code
using the C++ abstractions. The matrices are accessible with functions
on `Object` directly since they are used so commonly. Though for write
access, directly using the runtime struct is necessary.

The inverse `world_to_object` matrix is often calculated before it's
used, even though it's calculated as part of depsgraph evaluation.
Long term we might not want to store this in `ObjectRuntime` at all,
and just calculate it on demand. Or at least we should remove the
redundant calculations. That should be done separately though.

e955c94ed3 License Headers: Set copyright to "Blender Authors", add AUTHORS
Listing the "Blender Foundation" as copyright holder implied the Blender
Foundation holds copyright to files which may include work from many
developers.

While keeping copyright on headers makes sense for isolated libraries,
Blender's own code may be refactored or moved between files in a way
that makes the per file copyright holders less meaningful.

Copyright references to the "Blender Foundation" have been replaced with
"Blender Authors", with the exception of `./extern/` since these this
contains libraries which are more isolated, any changed to license
headers there can be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Some directories in `./intern/` have also been excluded:

- `./intern/cycles/` it's own `AUTHORS` file is planned.
- `./intern/opensubdiv/`.

An "AUTHORS" file has been added, using the chromium projects authors
file as a template.

d973355b3a Cleanup: reduce amount of math-related includes
Using ClangBuildAnalyzer on the whole Blender build, it was pointing
out that BLI_math.h is the heaviest "header hub" (i.e. non tiny file
that is included a lot).

However, there's very little (actually zero) source files in Blender
that need "all the math" (base, colors, vectors, matrices,
quaternions, intersection, interpolation, statistics, solvers and
time). A common use case is source files needing just vectors, or
just vectors & matrices, or just colors etc. Actually, 181 files
were including the whole math thing without needing it at all.

This change removes BLI_math.h completely, and instead in all the
places that need it, includes BLI_math_vector.h or BLI_math_color.h
and so on.

Change from that:
- BLI_math_color.h was included 1399 times -> now 408 (took 114.0sec
  to parse -> now 36.3sec)
- BLI_simd.h 1403 -> 418 (109.7sec -> 34.9sec).

Full rebuild of Blender (Apple M1, Xcode, RelWithDebInfo) is not
affected much (342sec -> 334sec). Most of benefit would be when
someone's changing BLI_simd.h or BLI_math_color.h or similar files,
that now there's 3x fewer files result in a recompile.

d6aa9906fd Modifiers: Add idname field to ModifierTypeInfo
Previously the panel type name of a modifier (e.g. "MOD_PT_Smooth") was
created by copying from the ModifierTypeInfos name.
This meant that modifiers with the same default name would use
the same identifier for the panels.

Since different object types (e.g. OB_GREASE_PENCIL and OB_MESH)
might want to use the same default modifier name, this PR introduces
an idname field in the ModifierTypeInfo struct. This is then used to
generate the panel type name.

For compatibility reasons, the idname is the same as the name for now.

Note: Because the name was used previously, this means that some
modifiers have spaces in their panel type name.
E.g. "MOD_PT_Volume to Mesh".

91b27ab637 Refactor: Simplify mesh edit mode modifier evaluation
Instead of keeping track of a local array of positions in the modifier
stack itself, use the existing edit mode SoA "edit cache" which already
contains a contiguous array of positions. Combined with positions as a
generic attribute, this means the state is contained just in the mesh
(and the geometry set) making the code much easier to follow.

To do this we make more use of the mesh wrapper system, where we can
pass a `Mesh` that's actually stored with a `BMesh` and the extra
cached array of positions. This also resolves some confusion-- it was
weird to have the mesh wrapper system for this purpose but not use it.

Since we always created a wrapped mesh in edit mode, there's no need
for `MOD_deform_mesh_eval_get` at all anymore. That function was quite
confusing with "eval" in its name when it really retrieved the original
mesh.

Many deform modifiers had placeholder edit mode evaluation functions.
Since these didn't do anything and since the priority is node-based
deformation now, I removed these. The case is documented more in the
modifier type struct callbacks.

73d921a0c6 Cleanup: Avoid curve to mesh conversion in some deform modifiers
Some modifiers used `MOD_deform_mesh_eval_get` to make sure they had
a mesh to retrieve vertex groups from. But since curves don't support
vertex groups anyway, and since the curve to mesh conversion is handled
by the (legacy) curve object modifier stack anyway, this is confusing
and unnecessary. This shouldn't give any behavior changes, but some
deform modifiers on legacy curve objects might be faster if they used
to do the conversion.

c1bc70b711 Cleanup: Add a copyright notice to files and use SPDX format
A lot of files were missing copyright field in the header and
the Blender Foundation contributed to them in a sense of bug
fixing and general maintenance.

This change makes it explicit that those files are at least
partially copyrighted by the Blender Foundation.

Note that this does not make it so the Blender Foundation is
the only holder of the copyright in those files, and developers
who do not have a signed contract with the foundation still
hold the copyright as well.

Another aspect of this change is using SPDX format for the
header. We already used it for the license specification,
and now we state it for the copyright as well, following the

a12a8a71bb Remove "All Rights Reserved" from Blender Foundation copyright code
The goal is to solve confusion of the "All rights reserved" for licensing
code under an open-source license.

The phrase "All rights reserved" comes from a historical convention that
required this phrase for the copyright protection to apply. This convention
is no longer relevant.

However, even though the phrase has no meaning in establishing the copyright
it has not lost meaning in terms of licensing.

This change makes it so code under the Blender Foundation copyright does
not use "all rights reserved". This is also how the GPL license itself
states how to apply it to the source code:

<one line to give the program's name and a brief idea of what it does.>
    Copyright (C) <year> <name of author>

This program is free software ...

This change does not change copyright notice in cases when the copyright
is dual (BF and an author), or just an author of the code. It also does
mot change copyright which is inherited from NaN Holding BV as it needs
some further investigation about what is the proper way to handle it.

1dc57a89e9 Mesh: Move functions to C++ header
Refactoring mesh code, it has become clear that local cleanups and
simplifications are limited by the need to keep a C public API for
mesh functions. This change makes code more obvious and makes further
refactoring much easier.

- Add a new `BKE_mesh.hh` header for a C++ only mesh API
- Introduce a new `blender::bke::mesh` namespace, documented here:
  https://wiki.blender.org/wiki/Source/Objects/Mesh#Namespaces
- Move some functions to the new namespace, cleaning up their arguments
- Move code to `Array` and `float3` where necessary to use the new API
- Define existing inline mesh data access functions to the new header
- Keep some C API functions where necessary because of RNA
- Move all C++ files to use the new header, which includes the old one

In the future it may make sense to split up `BKE_mesh.hh` more, but for
now keeping the same name as the existing header keeps things simple.

38c7fd36ff Refactor: Rename Object->imat to Object->world_to_object
The goal is to improve clarity and readability, without
introducing big design changes.

Follows the recent obmat to object_to_world refactor: the
similar naming is used, and it is a run-time only rename,
meaning, there is no affect on .blend files.

This patch does not touch the redundant inversions. Those
can be removed in almost (if not all) cases, but it would
be the best to do it as a separate change.

f17fbf8065 Refactor: Rename Object->obmat to Object->object_to_world
Motivation is to disambiguate on the naming level what the matrix
actually means. It is very easy to understand the meaning backwards,
especially since in Python the name goes the opposite way (it is
called `world_matrix` in the Python API).

It is important to disambiguate the naming without making developers
to look into the comment in the header file (which is also not super
clear either). Additionally, more clear naming facilitates the unit
verification (or, in this case, space validation) when reading an
expression.

This patch calls the matrix `object_to_world` which makes it clear
from the local code what is it exactly going on. This is only done
on DNA level, and a lot of local variables still follow the old
naming.

A DNA rename is setup in a way that there is no change on the file
level, so there should be no regressions at all.

The possibility is to add `_matrix` or `_mat` suffix to the name
to make it explicit that it is a matrix. Although, not sure if it
really helps the readability, or is it something redundant.

c34c6d3e25 Mesh: Move runtime data out of DNA
This commit replaces the `Mesh_Runtime` struct embedded in `Mesh`
with `blender::bke::MeshRuntime`. This has quite a few benefits:
- It's possible to use C++ types like `std::mutex`, `Array`,
  `BitVector`, etc. more easily
- Meshes saved in files are slightly smaller
- Copying and writing meshes is a bit more obvious without
  clearing of runtime data, etc.

The first is by far the most important. It will allows us to avoid a
bunch of manual memory management boilerplate that is error-prone and
annoying. It should also simplify future CoW improvements for runtime
data.

This patch doesn't change anything besides changing `mesh.runtime.data`
to `mesh.runtime->data`. The cleanups above will happen separately.
