45dcc61fd2 Fix #115859: Cryptomatte node considers preview channels
The Cryptomatte node considers preview channels as part of the
Cryptomatte layers, producing bad pick outputs at best and bad mattes at
worst.

The Cryptomatte specification specifies that a layer with the same name
as the typename is a (Now deprecated) preview layer, so it should be
ignored, which is what the patch does.

01a2bd0369 Fix #113811: Blender freezes upon adding a Cryptomatte node
Blender freezes when adding a Cryptomatte node and using the GPU
compositor, even if the node is later removed.

This was because the CPU compositor acquired a render result mutex and
never released it due to an early exit that missed that release. This
patch fixes that by adding an appropriate release in that early exist.

fa34992def Cleanup: Remove unnecessary includes from C++ data structure headers
The hash tables and vector blenlib headers were pulling many more
headers than they actually need, including the C base math header,
our C string API header, and the StringRef header. All of this
potentially slows down compilation and polutes autocomplete
with unrelated information.

Also remove the `ListBase` constructor for `Vector`. It wasn't used
much, and making it easy to use `ListBase` isn't worth it for the
same reasons mentioned above.

It turns out a lot of files depended on indirect includes of
`BLI_string.h` and `BLI_listbase.h`, so those are fixed here.

e955c94ed3 License Headers: Set copyright to "Blender Authors", add AUTHORS
Listing the "Blender Foundation" as copyright holder implied the Blender
Foundation holds copyright to files which may include work from many
developers.

While keeping copyright on headers makes sense for isolated libraries,
Blender's own code may be refactored or moved between files in a way
that makes the per file copyright holders less meaningful.

Copyright references to the "Blender Foundation" have been replaced with
"Blender Authors", with the exception of `./extern/` since these this
contains libraries which are more isolated, any changed to license
headers there can be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Some directories in `./intern/` have also been excluded:

- `./intern/cycles/` it's own `AUTHORS` file is planned.
- `./intern/opensubdiv/`.

An "AUTHORS" file has been added, using the chromium projects authors
file as a template.

c1bc70b711 Cleanup: Add a copyright notice to files and use SPDX format
A lot of files were missing copyright field in the header and
the Blender Foundation contributed to them in a sense of bug
fixing and general maintenance.

This change makes it explicit that those files are at least
partially copyrighted by the Blender Foundation.

Note that this does not make it so the Blender Foundation is
the only holder of the copyright in those files, and developers
who do not have a signed contract with the foundation still
hold the copyright as well.

Another aspect of this change is using SPDX format for the
header. We already used it for the license specification,
and now we state it for the copyright as well, following the
FAQ:

f7388e3be5 Cleanup: Move BKE_node.h to C++
See: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/issues/103343

Changes:
1. Added `BKE_node.hh` file. New file includes old one.
2. Functions moved to new file. Redundant `(void)`, `struct` are removed.
3. All cpp includes replaced from `.h` on `.hh`.
4. Everything in `BKE_node.hh` is on `blender::bke` namespace.
5. All implementation functions moved in namespace.
6. Function names (`BKE_node_*`) changed to `blender::bke::node_*`.
7. `eNodeSizePreset` now is a class, with renamed items.

2bf519d211 Cleanup: Correct location of node function declarations
Currently there are many function declarations in `BKE_node.h` that
don't actually have implementations in blenkernel. This commit moves
the declarations to `NOD_composite.h`, `NOD_texture.h`, and
`NOD_shader.h` instead. This helps to clarify the purpose of the
different modules.

7d17f2addf Fix T89998: Cryptomatte node output values doubled with Multi-View
When using a Cryptomatte node and selecting 2 views in Multi-View,
its output values are doubled. When selecting 3 tripled and so on.
This causes incorrect compositing results for all the views.

The node creates an input operation for each rendered cryptomatte
pass. In Multi-View, passes are rendered for each view but compositor
is executed per view and should only create operations for those
corresponding to the current view being executed. Otherwise duplicated
operations add up later in cryptomatte operation.

e0a1c3da46 Fix T88666: Cryptomatte: EXR sequence does not update when scrubbing the timeline.
Cause is that initializing the cryptomatte session would reset the

scene current frame so it resets to the correct frame.

This was a todo that wasn't solved after it landed in master.

d49e7b82da Compositor: Redesign Cryptomatte node for better usability
In the current implementation, cryptomatte passes are connected to the node
and elements are picked by using the eyedropper tool on a special pick channel.

This design has two disadvantages - both connecting all passes individually
and always having to switch to the picker channel are tedious.

With the new design, the user selects the RenderLayer or Image from which the
Cryptomatte layers are directly loaded (the type of pass is determined by an
enum). This allows the node to automatically detect all relevant passes.

Then, when using the eyedropper tool, the operator looks up the selected
coordinates from the picked Image, Node backdrop or Clip and reads the picked
object directly from the Renderlayer/Image, therefore allowing to pick in any
context (e.g. by clicking on the Combined pass in the Image Viewer). The
sampled color is looked up in the metadata and the actual name is stored
in the cryptomatte node. This also allows to remove a hash by just removing
the name from the matte id.

Technically there is some loss of flexibility because the Cryptomatte pass
inputs can no longer be connected to other nodes, but since any compositing
done on them is likely to break the Cryptomatte system anyways, this isn't
really a concern in practise.

In the future, this would also allow to automatically translate values to names
by looking up the value in the associated metadata of the input, or to get a
better visualization of overlapping areas in the Pick output since we could
blend colors now that the output doesn't have to contain the exact value.
