b5082f6640 Refactor: Simplify BLI_serialize.hh for asset indexer
- Remove the unnecessary `ContainerValue` from the class hierarchy
- Construct `StringValue` with a `std::string` by value to avoid copies
- Remove some indirection by using type names directly instead of aliases
- Use utility methods to lookup/append specific data types for arrays/dicts
- Simplify conversion from unique_ptr to shared_ptr
- Avoid use of `new` and `delete`
- Avoid creating maps of all elements in vector for a single lookup

92cf9dd2f2 ID properties: Support enum values with items
Add support for enum values in ID properties.

This is needed for the "Menu Switch" node implementation (#113445) which
relies on ID properties for the top-level modifier UI.

Enums items can optionally be added to the UI data of integer
properties. Each property stores a full set of the enum items to keep
things simple.

Enum items can be added to properties using the `id_properties_ui`
function in the python API. A detailed example can be found in the
`bl_pyapi_idprop.py` test.

There is currently no support yet for editing enum items through the UI.
This is because the "Edit Property" feature is implemented entirely
through a single operator (`WM_OT_properties_edit`) and its properties.
Buttons to add/remove/move items would be operators changing another
operator's properties. A refactor of the custom properties UI is likely
required to make this work.

e955c94ed3 License Headers: Set copyright to "Blender Authors", add AUTHORS
Listing the "Blender Foundation" as copyright holder implied the Blender
Foundation holds copyright to files which may include work from many
developers.

While keeping copyright on headers makes sense for isolated libraries,
Blender's own code may be refactored or moved between files in a way
that makes the per file copyright holders less meaningful.

Copyright references to the "Blender Foundation" have been replaced with
"Blender Authors", with the exception of `./extern/` since these this
contains libraries which are more isolated, any changed to license
headers there can be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Some directories in `./intern/` have also been excluded:

- `./intern/cycles/` it's own `AUTHORS` file is planned.
- `./intern/opensubdiv/`.

An "AUTHORS" file has been added, using the chromium projects authors
file as a template.

c1bc70b711 Cleanup: Add a copyright notice to files and use SPDX format
A lot of files were missing copyright field in the header and
the Blender Foundation contributed to them in a sense of bug
fixing and general maintenance.

This change makes it explicit that those files are at least
partially copyrighted by the Blender Foundation.

Note that this does not make it so the Blender Foundation is
the only holder of the copyright in those files, and developers
who do not have a signed contract with the foundation still
hold the copyright as well.

Another aspect of this change is using SPDX format for the
header. We already used it for the license specification,
and now we state it for the copyright as well, following the
FAQ:

bfcc2b1c4c BLI: add utility methods for serialization
This simplifies the code that works with the `BLI_serialize.hh` header.
The various `lookup` methods do a linear search. If there are only a
few elements that can even be faster than building the map first.
In the future it might be nice to transparently build and cache the
map internally if necessary.

ddf97d6270 BlenLib: Add JSON Serialization/Deserialization Abstraction Layer.
Adds an abstraction layer to switch between serialization formats.
Currently only supports JSON. The abstraction layer supports
`String`, `Int`, `Array`, `Null`, `Boolean`, `Float` and `Object`. This
feature is only CPP complaint.

To write from a stream, the structure can be built by creating a value
(any subclass of `blender::io::serialize::Value` can do, and pass it to
the `serialize` method of a `blender::io::serialize::Formatter`. The
formatter is abstract and there is one implementation for JSON
(`JsonFormatter`).

To read from a stream use the `deserialize` method of the formatter.

{D12693} uses this abstraction layer to read/write asset indexes.
