Rename `action_foreach_fcurve` to `foreach_fcurve_in_action_slot`. This matches the functionality better, and opens up the floor for an iterator that actually does loop over all F-Curves in an Action. No functional changes. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/128065
