Sybren A. Stüvel 0f35ef9111 Fix #136041: NLA Strip Influence keyframes not appearing in tweak mode ...

Fix the `ANIMDATA_FILTER_CASES` macro, so that layered/slotted Actions
no longer take precedence over NLA control curves. Now they're handled
with the same priority as legacy Actions were.
