While perhaps it is more accurate to draw the sidebar navigation in a "Navigation Bar" region, the navigation "tabs" are not real tabs, so the darker background usually used for tabs doesn't look good here. Draw the sections radio buttons in a regular sidebar region instead. See PR for details and screenshots.
