Weizhen Huang e0dacfdda6 EEVEE: use Schlick's approximation instead of real Fresnel for glass
so that we can tint `F0` separately
Ref: #112192 #99447

Mostly affects `IOR < 1`. The overall appearance matches, with some changes in the reflection.
