Slight changes to the sizing and placement of the Blender logo within its icon bounds. Perfect alignment to grid for top of the horizontal bar, bottom, and right edges. Could allow use down to about 32x32. Pull Request: https://projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/124120
